Key Duties and Responsibilities
n
* Provide excellent customer service
n * Demonstrate products and show customers how to maximize their features
n * Provide basic smartphone repair service
n * Assist the Manager in the day to day operations of the store
n * Process orders in person and over the phone
n * Maintain good visual merchandising and store presentation
n
Requirements
n
* A passion for customer service and sales achievement
n
* Interested in phone repairs and new Technology Items
n
* Good at cross/up selling and introducing new products
n




* Excellent skills of problem solving and customer complaints handling
n * Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
n * The ability to work well in a team focused and fast paced environment
n * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n * Reliable and dedicated to the job
