About the Role
Working closely with the ECM Product Owner (PO), the ECM Subject Matter Expert (SME) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of Council's new Enterprise Content Management system. The role provides specialist expertise in information management, records governance, business processes, and ECM functionality to support solution configuration, testing, data migration, business readiness, and user training.
Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners, the ECM SME will help ensure that the solution meets operational and compliance requirements, supports seamless integration
