Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a diverse and seasonal menu that reflects our culinary vision.

Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
n
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.

Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
n
Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations.
n
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance the overall guest experience.
n

Qualifications:
n

Proven experience as a Chef.
n
Eligible for working holiday visa.
n
Strong culinary skills with a passion for creative cuisine.
n
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
n
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
