About the Role:
A respected custom home builder is looking for an experienced Construction Scheduling Coordinator to join their high-performing team.
With projects currently exceeding expectations, they need a proactive professional to ensure that every build is executed with precision-from scheduling works to ordering materials as required.
This role begins as a work-from-home position, offering the flexibility to manage your day effectively before transitioning to a hybrid model
Key Responsibilities:
Project Scheduling:Develop and maintain detailed schedules for construction projects, ensuring each build is completed on time and within budget.
Material Coordination:Order and manage materials to keep projects progressing without delay.
System Expertise:Utilise Onsite Companion efficiently (minimum 2 years' experience required) to streamline operations and enhance communication.
Problem Solving:Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure projects remain on track.




Technical Proficiency:Use Microsoft Office and related software to manage project data and communications effectively.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
Experience:A minimum of 5 years in the construction industry, with at least 2 years' direct experience using Onsite Companion
Tech Savvy:Must be highly computer literate and proficient with Microsoft systems and other required software
Problem Solver:Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to overcome challenges efficiently
Location:Based in South East Queensland
Availability:Immediate availability is preferred-the right candidate can start immediately
