We're looking for an experiencedDelivery Leadto join one of Australia's largest enterprise technology teams, leading the delivery of innovativeData & AI initiativesthat are transforming how the business uses analytics, automation and Generative AI.
Working within a high-performingData & AI function, you'll lead cross-functional squads delivering complex technology initiatives from concept through to production.
This role combineshands-on project delivery with people leadership, so we're looking for someone who can manage complex programs while building, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
What you'll be doing
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple Data & AI projects from planning through to production
Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resourcing, risks and dependencies
Providestrong project governance,delivery reporting and forecasting
Partner with engineering, data, analytics and business teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear communication around delivery, risks and priorities
Help shape Data & AI delivery roadmaps and contribute to strategic planning
What we're looking for
You'll be an experiencedDelivery Lead,



Delivery Manager or Technical Project Managerwith strong project management fundamentals and demonstrated people leadership experience.
You'll bring:
Provenpeople management experience, including coaching, development and performance management
Experience managing scope, budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, issues and dependencies
Experience leading cross-functional technical and engineering teams
Exposure to Data, Analytics or AI initiatives
Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Robust commercial acumen and delivery governance
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
