Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Junior End-user Experience
(
EUX) Analyst
to support the deployment and onboarding of end-user technology within a large enterprise environment. This is initially a 6-month contract engagement, with likely extensions for the right candidate and is based in the western suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.

The role:
n
Working closely with the EUX Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring employees receive well-configured, secure and user-friendly technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, Device Deployment or IT Operations.
n
The role offers hands‐on exposure to enterprise technology deployments, user onboarding activities and modern workplace technologies.
Key Skills & Experience
: n
n
Certificate,



Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
n
Experience working with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
n
Exposure to laptop, desktop, mobile device and peripheral deployment.
n
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SCCM or other MDM/device management platforms.
n
Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
A proactive and organised approach to work.
n
The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
n
A genuine interest in workplace technology and end-user experience.
n
Desirable Skills: n
n
Experience supporting enterprise device rollout projects.
n
Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.
n
Experience configuring Cisco IP phones.
n
Exposure to IT asset management processes.
n
Understanding of ITIL or structured service delivery environments.
n
