Job Description
We're looking for astrong, versatile Senior Lead Developerto build and enhance modern applications across the full technology stack.
This role needs someone with deep development expertise, modern DevOps practices, andpractical cloud exposure, rather than a dedicated cloud engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, refactor, and maintainend‐to‐end applications(backend, frontend, integrations).
Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile leaders onuser stories, design, documentation, and testing.
Implement high‐quality, maintainable solutions using agreedengineering standards and design patterns.
Write and maintainunit tests; participate in and leadcode reviews.
Contribute toCI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and automation.
Work with containerised and cloud‐hosted applications; resolve technical dependencies across teams.




Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Pythonfor application and systems development – robust working experience (7+ years preferred)
Docker,Git
Terraform
Build, packaging, and release processes
Practical exposure toAWSor similar cloud platforms
CI/CD pipelines(Azure DevOps or GitLab preferred)
Full‐stack developers preferred.React or Angular(3+ years).
Understanding of:
Networking fundamentals
Cloud‐hosted architectures
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
Nice to Have
Experience with other languages or ecosystems (e.g.JavaScript beyond frontend, NET)
Exposure toAI‐assisted/agentic developer tools(e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
