Job Description
Supporting a high-volume retail workforce, you'll play a key role in managing recruitment activity across a range of customer-facing positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hiring outcomes in a quick-paced environment.

This role would suit someone from either an agency or internal recruitment background who enjoys candidate engagement, stakeholder management and juggling multiple vacancies at once.

The Opportunity
n
Reporting to the Head of People & Business Partnering, you'll be responsible for managing approximately 30 active vacancies across a diverse retail workforce.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Posting and managing job advertisements
n
Screening applications and conducting phone interviews
n
Shortlisting candidates and managing recruitment pipelines
n
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
n
Conducting reference checks
n
Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
n
Supporting offers, contracts and onboarding activities
n
Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
n
Building talent pools for future hiring needs
n
Providing an excellent candidate experience from application through to commencement
n
n
The majority of recruitment activity will focus on retail positions,



including Sales Consultants, Brand Ambassadors, Beauty Advisors and Team Leaders.

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
n

Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Confidence conducting candidate screening interviews
n
The ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A proactive, hands-on approach
n
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
n
n
Retail recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from agency recruitment backgrounds looking to move into an internal TA environment are encouraged to apply.

$40-$45 per hour + Super
