Job Description
Accor seeks a Commis Chef for the Novotel Sydney Darling Square kitchen, supporting daily operations across buffet breakfasts, Pumphouse Bar and restaurant, in‐room dining and events. You will work with the Director of Culinary and Head Chef to prepare mise en place, assist with high‐quality dish production, and maintain strict food safety standards.
