nInOne Healthcare (InOne Imaging) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior / Lead Receptionist – Imaging. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing a seamless front-of-house experience within a supportive and growing healthcare team.n
nYou will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations across our imaging services.n

nKey Responsibilitiesn
nCoordinate and schedule imaging appointments in line with clinical requirements n
nProcess imaging referrals and maintain accurate, confidential patient records n
nWelcome patients and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently n
nRespond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism n
nProvide clear preparation instructions for imaging procedures n
nSupport billing processes, including Medicare and private payments n
nLiaise with radiologists, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow n
nMaintain compliance with healthcare regulations,



privacy standards, and clinic procedures n

nAbout Youn
nPassion for providing high-quality patient care and customer servicen
nPrevious experience as a receptionist / admin team lead within the radiology industryn
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsn
nPrioritizing tasks effectively n
nUnderstanding of healthcare compliance, NDIS, or aged care (desirable) n
n
nRequirements:n
nFull working rights in Australia n
nNational Police Check (or willingness to obtain) n
nWorking With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) n
nNDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) n
nCOVID-19 vaccination (as required) n
