Working across a broad client base you will be servicing many SMB's.This is a outstanding team with a supportive work culture. This role will beoffice based and suits a candidate with 12+ months previous experience in a help-desk/service desk role who is looking to gain valuable IT skills.

Skills & Experience

12+ months experience working in an MSP supporting the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Windows 1011, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, Networking and Cloud technologies.
n
Previous experience working in an MSP environment
n




Queue Management experience a bonus
n
Experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimising severs, networks and other critical IT infrastructure
n
Good understanding of virtualisation technologies
n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a quick paced workplace
n

Qualifications in IT or equivalent or industry certifications
