Perfume Forever is looking for a
Fragrance Advisor
to join our Blacktown team and help customers discover fragrances they will love. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a genuine interest in fragrance and wants to develop their knowledge within the luxury beauty industry.

About the Role:
n
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers
Discover Their Signature Scent
. You will work closely with customers to understand their preferences, personality and fragrance needs, then confidently recommend products that suit them.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Welcoming and engaging customers in-store
n
Providing personalised fragrance consultations
n
Recommending fragrances based on customer preferences and occasions
n
Learning and confidently presenting our designer and niche fragrance collections
n
Delivering an elevated, luxury customer experience
n
Achieving individual and store sales targets and KPIs
n
Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation
n
Ensuring testers and displays are clean, organised and fully stocked
n
Assisting with stock management, replenishment and inventory processes
n
Processing sales and transactions accurately
n
Assisting with online and click & collect customer orders when required
n
Supporting promotional and brand activations




n
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming store environment
n
Following all company policies, procedures and loss-prevention standards.
n

Comfortable approaching and engaging customers

A strong communicator and active listener
n
Reliable, punctual and flexible
n
Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Interested in learning about fragrance, perfume houses and fragrance notes
n
Previous retail, fragrance, beauty or customer service experience is highly regarded
n
n
Fragrance experience is advantageous, but not essential.

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS
n
This is a
casual retail position
, with shifts scheduled according to business requirements.
n
Availability to work Thursday evenings and weekends is essential.
n
Additional availability during weekdays, evenings, public holidays and peak retail periods will be highly regarded.
n
