About Our Client: n
Our client is a global leader in equipment, technology and services for the mining and aggregates industries. Based in Forrestfield, their busy manufacturing workshop is seeking experienced tradespeople and operators to join a safety-focused and supportive team.
About the Roles/s: n
We are seeking a reliable
Warehouse/Storeperson
to join our client's busy team at their Forrestfield workshop. This hands-on role will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving and dispatching goods, internal stock control, and loading and unloading freight.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Receive, inspect and record incoming items
n
Prepare finished items/products for dispatch
n
Load and unload palletised and irregular-sized freight
n
Operate a forklift and other materials-handling equipment where licensed
n
Complete stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
n
Enter and update information using their inventory management software
n
Ensure goods are stored safely and correctly.
n
Maintain a clean,



organised and protected warehouse.
n
Follow all site safety procedures and work instructions.
n
Required Qualifications & Experience: n
n
Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience is preferred
n
Forklift High Risk Work Licence is desirable but not essential
n
Previous forklift experience is highly regarded; training may be considered for the right candidate
n
Experience loading and unloading palletised or irregular-sized freight is advantageous
n
Familiarity with SAP, Pronto or a similar inventory system is desirable but not essential
n
Good computer literacy and attention to detail
n
Ability to safely complete manual-handling tasks
n
Reliable, safety-focused and able to work effectively within a team
n
Candidates holding a forklift licence will complete a site-specific VOC upon commencement
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
n
