About the role :

What Your Day Looks Like:
n
n
Handle inbound & outbound calls with customers
n
Guide customers through quotes and recommend the right cover
n
Convert enquiries into sales
n
Meet daily targets and quality standards
n
Stay compliant with regulatory requirements
n
Continuously build your product knowledge and sales skills
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Results-driven sales mindset
n
Strong communicator with genuine customer focus
n
Attention to detail and organizational skills
n
Comfortable in a fast-paced contact centre environment with KPIs
n




Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Prior sales or contact centre experience preferred (insurance background a bonus)
