Practice Leader
to join our Operations Team.

Let us tell you about the role:
n
As the Practice Leader you will supervise a team of support professionals that deliver client quality of life outcomes. This position facilitates high quality support through observation, modelling, coaching, fostering teamwork between support professionals.
n
This role will lead the direct provision of services with a specific focus on building team capability to achieve the objectives of the organisation in a manner consistent and supportive of the organisation's strategic objections, values and purpose.

About you

Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disability and experience in a similar role
n
Available to fulfil a rotating roster including weekends and overnights
n
NDIS Worker Check
n
National Police Check
n




Full unrestricted driver's license
n
First aid and CPR certificate
n
n
