About the Role n
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join our growing dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle deliveries, managing customer communication, and ensuring a smooth and positive delivery experience from start to finish. Working closely with multiple departments, you will play a key role in maintaining productive operations, resolving issues quickly, and supporting the delivery process within a fast-paced EV dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities n

Logistics Planning: Organizing schedules, routes, and personnel for product delivery.
n
Customer Communication: Confirming delivery times, answering inquiries, and managing customer expectations.
n
Order Management: Reviewing, processing, and tracking orders for accuracy.
n
Problem Solving: Handling last-minute adjustments, delays, or issues during transport.
n
Documentation: Preparing shipping paperwork and maintaining accurate records.

About You n
n




At least one year of customer-facing experience with strong customer service skills.
n
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a goal-oriented mindset.
n
Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn new products and systems.
n
A high standard of personal and professional presentation.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and independently.
n
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple business units.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
n
Full working rights in Australia.
n
Flexibility to work within a rotating roster, including weekends as required.
n
A current
full NSW Driver's Licence
with a safe driving record, which must be maintained throughout employment.
