In this customer focussed role you'll play an significant role in delivering exceptional service to our valued subscribers. This role is responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and service-related administration in a busy contact centre environment where providing outstanding customer experiences is our number one priority.
n
The position is rostered to work Monday 9:00am - 4:00pm and Saturday 7:00am - 12:00pm with additional hours on offer as required.

About the role:

Providing excellent service to our home delivery and digital subscribers.
n
n
A typical day involves taking payments, processing holds, starting new subscriptions and working hard to overcome and assist with any complaints and cancellation requests.
n
n
You'll ensure our customers are given clear and correct information every time.
n
n
Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensures that our CRM is well maintained and up to date.
n
n
About you:

You will have a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service in a call centre, retail or hospitality environment.
n
n
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
n
You have a creative approach to problem solving and can think on your feet.
n
n
