nReceive admissions and/or transfers to the unitn

nInitial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentn
n
nTimely and accurate documentation using appropriate systemsn

nInterpret
assessment/diagnostic
data including labs and telemetryn

nEnsure medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyn
n
nCompetence in Rapid Response and code eventsn
n
nInstruct and counsel

nQualifications Minimum Qualifications:n

nValid State Registered Nurse (RN) Licensen
n
nBLS is required at hire.n

nACLS is required within 6 months of hiren
