Parts Interpreter
to join our Dubbo team.
Job Description n
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building customer relationships and delivering outstanding service. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the correct parts are sourced and supplied quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and identify customer parts requirements
n
Provide exceptional service to trade, workshop and retail customers
n
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
n
Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
n
Liaise with suppliers to source parts and manage availability
n
Work closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
n
Assist with inventory enquiries and stock control activities
n
Contribute to achieving branch sales and customer service targets
n

What You'll Need
n

Previous Parts Interpreter experience is highly regarded
n
Experience within automotive, truck, agricultural, machinery, industrial or related industries will be highly regarded
n
Strong customer service and sales skills
n
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
n
Positive computer literacy and administration skills
n
Current driver's licence
n
Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles and equipmen
n
