Overview

We're working with a leading Defence & Security organisation delivering cutting‐edge Naval programmes, and we're looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support a key long‐term project based in New Malden.
n
This is a hands‐on role focused on requirements, system design, and integration across complex systems. You'll be working in a highly collaborative engineering environment alongside domain experts and cross‐functional teams.

Develop and manage system requirements using DOORS
n
Define system interfaces to support design and integration across engineering domains
n
Support the full engineering lifecycle from requirements through to integration, verification,



and validation
n
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams in an agile delivery workplace
n
Ensure compliance with defence engineering standards and best practices
n
Key experience required n
n
Strong background in Systems Engineering within complex environments
n
Experience using DOORS for requirement management
n
Experience working across the full engineering lifecycle
n
Comfortable working in an agile environment
n
Active SC Clearance (or recently lapsed and eligible to renew)
