The DOOLEYS Group consists of two Clubs and a Gym in Western Sydney and we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver exceptional customer service to our valued members and guests.
n
About the Role
n
As a Customer Service Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering a premium hospitality experience to our valued members and guests. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you will work across multiple departments including Food & Beverage and Gaming.
n
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
n
n
Warmly greeting members and guests and building rapport across diverse cultural backgrounds
n
Delivering exceptional table service in our food and beverage outlets
n
Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
n
Operating cashier tills and handling transactions accurately
n
Assisting in Gaming areas, including poker machine service
n




Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance
n
Ensuring adherence to operational procedures and responsible service standards
n

About You
n
We are looking for hospitality/gaming professionals who genuinely enjoy engaging with people and creating memorable experiences.
n
To succeed in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous hospitality/gaming experience (clubs, pubs, restaurants, cafes or similar fast-paced venues highly regarded)
n
A strong customer-first mindset and passion for service excellence
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
n
A positive, qualified and friendly attitude
n
The flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
n
n
A current RSA and RCG is required (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
