Fleet Administrator
, you'll get hands‐on experience in every part of the fleet sales process!
What You'll Do: n
n
Process and input customer orders accurately into the system
n
Manage stock allocation and tracking
n
Coordinate vehicle licensing, including weighing, pitting, and registration
n
Create and manage internal and external purchase orders
n
Handle internal and external invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for vehicle transactions
n
Coordinate vehicle movements between dealerships, suppliers, and body builders to ensure timely delivery and preparation
n
Schedule vehicle logistics for deliveries and transfers
n
Finalise deals, complete washout processes, and maintain accurate records and documentation
n
We're Looking For Someone Who Is: n
n
A people‐person with great communication skills.

Hungry to learn about sales and the automotive world.
n
Organised, detail‐driven, and reliable.
n
A positive team player with a can‐do attitude.
n
Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
n
Holds (or is willing to get) a WA Manual Driver's Licence & WA Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence.
n
Bonus points for previous experience (but not essential).
