medical reception and administration with cardiac technician duties
based predominantly at our Armadale clinic.
n
You'll be an key part of both the patient journey and the clinical team, with variety built into your day.
What You'll Be Doing 50% Reception & Administration n
n
Welcoming and supporting patients
n
Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
n
Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing
n
Providing accurate and efficient administration
n
Supporting doctors and the wider clinic team
n
50% Cardiac Technician n
n
Performing cardiac diagnostic testing including ECGs and Holter monitoring
n
Preparing patients and equipment for testing
n
Assisting with cardiac investigations and ensuring high-quality recordings
n
Supporting the clinical team with day‐to‐day cardiac services
n
Maintaining accurate clinical records and following established protocols
n

Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems

Works well independently and as part of a team

Experience in cardiac diagnostics, medical reception or healthcare is highly regarded. Training may be provided for the right person.
