Premium Graduate Placements Australia is seeking a part-time IT helpdesk intern in Western Australia.
You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via chat, phone or email and perform remote troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
You will guide customers through problem-solving steps, document events and resolutions, and escalate unresolved issues.
