City of Port Phillip is hiring two ASSIST Officers for 38 hours per week, fixed-term for six months, based in the St Kilda contact centre. You will support residents, businesses and visitors with clear information and effective service.
You will record enquiries in the CRM, escalate complex issues, and work in a busy workplace with training and coaching. Availability over Christmas–Recent Year is required; hybrid work may be considered after competency is reached.
