Job Description
Northern is looking for a People Advisor to join our team in Manchester on a part time basis (0.8 FTE, 30 hours per week).
You'll be the first point of contact for managers seeking guidance on Employee Relations, assisting with attendance, performance, investigations and absence management while upholding our policies and values.
You'll collaborate with the wider People team, provide practical advice, monitor progress, and escalate complex cases to Senior People Advisors.
