The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is seeking a compassionate customer care skilled to be the first point of contact for clients at our Fawkner Cemetery. You will process permit inquiries and insurance claims, and support administrative tasks such as payments and appointment bookings.
We value empathy, discretion and solid written and verbal communication. This casual role offers flexibility with approximately two shifts per week and onsite parking.
