Little Zak's Academy in Bondi Junction is seeking an experienced Toddler Room Leader to provide leadership in delivering high-quality, inclusive learning programs and to work closely with the Centre Director to drive excellence across the room.
You will mentor educators, develop planning cycles, ensure learning documentation is accessible to families, create a warm, secure learning setting, and uphold health and safety standards while maintaining strong team relationships.
