About the Role





At Northeast Tractors & Machinery, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service experience. We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Service team and be the key point of contact for customers throughout their service or repair journey.

As a Service Advisor, your primary focus will be assisting customers with bookings, maintaining transparent communication throughout the service or repair process, coordinating with the workshop team, invoicing and vehicle or machinery collection.

Key Responsibilities
Managing customer bookings and ensuring the calendar is kept up to date
Customer check-in and service reception
Keeping communication open between customers and the service team
Assisting the service team with all customer-facing aspects of the department
Answering phones and responding to emails
