Job Description
ProFound People is seeking a seasoned Hardware Engineering leader to drive an established hardware function. You will oversee electronics, RF, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering, shaping strategy and delivering sophisticated products for global markets.

You will report to the CTO and lead cross-disciplinary teams, guiding architecture, production readiness, and quality across PCB, embedded systems, and prototyping. Relocation to the Gold Coast is discussed as part of the package.
