SA Health's Northern Adelaide Local Health Network in Elizabeth East is seeking a Community Rehabilitation Worker to support recovery, independence and community living within the Wondakka Community Rehabilitation Centre.
Based at Wondakka CRC, you will work with a multidisciplinary team delivering psychosocial rehabilitation supports and programs for consumers, families and carers, contributing to long-term recovery in least restrictive settings.
