Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Finance team. This is an excellent prospect for a finance professional who enjoys a diverse role across accounts receivable, credit, banking, and reconciliations while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a full time office-based position offering the chance to join a team-oriented, supportive, and people-focused team environment.
Key Responsibilities n
Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:

Managing daily banking and receipting activities
n
Processing and allocating payments
n
Completing bank reconciliations
n
Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
n
Conducting credit checks and assisting with credit limit reviews
n
Monitoring customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
n
Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements
n




Assisting with the administration of receivables and related processes
n
Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding account queries
n
Assisting with month-end activities and ad hoc finance tasks as required
n
The Ideal Candidate n
n
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
n
Strong experience with payment allocation, receipting, and reconciliations
n
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
n
Advanced Excel skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
A positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and contribute
n
