We are excited to be opening our brand-new Smartland Carina campus, with an anticipated commencement of November ****, and we are looking for an inspiring Centre Manager to join us on this exciting journey.

Role Requirements
n
We are seeking a strong Centre Manager to lead the campus and its team. This will be a full-time position, 38 hours per week, with remuneration in line with the candidates' experience.
n
The successful candidate will need:
n
Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
n
a current and valid Working with Children Check
n
a current first aid CPR and emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training.
n
a strong understanding of
regulation/legislation,
plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) is essential
n
the ability to stay calm and considered in the face of anything
n
strong team leadership abilities with experienceleading,
inspiring and developing a team of qualified educators
n
Key Role Responsibilities
n
Put children and parentsfirst taking the time to greet everyone and ensure they have the best possible experience via high-quality tours and orientations
n
Recruit, motivate and inspire a team of passionate educators to best practice
n
Oversee and guide the highest quality of classroom curriculumand pedagogical documentation
n
Ensure immaculate Centre presentation within the internal and external play spaces
n
Understand and interpret the relevant industry regulations and legislation, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
n
Build and engage with local communities, creating strong ties and relationships with the community and surrounding networks
n
