Coolwaters Discovery Parks, Yeppoon, part of the G'Day Group, seeks a hands‐on General Manager to lead the park's operations, guest experiences and group catering facilities. You will manage a diverse team, drive financial performance, ensure WHS and food safety, and build a positive workplace culture across accommodation, services and events.
Experience in hospitality leadership, budgeting and stakeholder engagement is essential; a relevant qualification and RMS familiarity are preferred.
