About the role

Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store with leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
n
Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customer to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
n
Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store.
n
Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty.
n
Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
n
Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback.
n
Regular Sunday work is required for this role. Flexible to rotating Sunday roster.
n

About you
n
n
Passionate and motivated to deliver results and will confidently support your manager and team.
n
Have great communication skills, solid time management and organisational skills.
n
Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous .
n
n
