nKey Responsibilitiesn
n* Food Preparation: Prepare and cook authentic Middle Eastern and Levantine dishes using fresh, quality ingredients.n
n* Kitchen Standards: Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen control procedures.n
n* Service Efficiency: Work calmly and efficiently under high pressure during busy service hours.n
n* Team Support: Assist with stock rotation, inventory control, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised.

nRequirements & Skillsn
n* Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience, with specific background in Middle Eastern, Lebanese, or Mediterranean cuisine or English Cafe/Restaurant.n
n* Knowledge: Deep understanding of spice profiles, grilling, and traditional preparation methods.n
n* Qualifications: Valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate or relevant culinary qualifications.n
n* Work Vibe: Robust team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. n
n* Work Visa: Must have valid work visa to work in Australia.
