You'll keep the building running, tackle repairs across apartments and shared spaces, and help prepare rooms for recent residents with quick fixes and final checks.
No long experience is required, but a trade background is a bonus.
You'll manage lighting and safety systems, log checks, and coordinate with contractors, with on-call duties after hours to support residents.
