You will be hardworking and enthusiastic, responsible for managing projects from start to finish, leading the site and office team to deliver successful outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Ensure projects are run safely and HSEQ policies are followed.
n
Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are run within the set deadlines & budget limitations
n




Manage all facets of procurement and subcontractor management via Jointly's management platform - Procore
n
Preparation of detailed construction programmes
n
Provide leadership to a team of contract & project administrators.
n
Liaise with clients and architects to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
n
n
Previous Experience
n
n
$3-$15M Greenfield projects involving heavy structures
n
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
Government and Private project experience
n
Technically complex projects with Design & Construct focus
n
Good working knowledge of Procore & MS Project
n
n
4-7 years of commercial construction project management experience is required
n
Education
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications well regarded
