The Role
n
The roles require experienced and qualified Early Childhood Educators to work as an active team member in providing high quality education and care. You will be expected to:
n
n
develop strong relationships with children at the service




n
develop the Children's Program (reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines)
n
ensure a secure environment is maintained for staff and children
n
implement the service's philosophy in undertaking all other duties
n
liaise with families in regards to the day to day happenings
n
maintain observations and records of individual children's progress
n
n

Essential criteria
n
n
Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
Child Protection Certificate (CHCPRT025)
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
