The Company

Our client is a well-established cooperative operating in the services space, working with a network of 70 member businesses across ANZ. With customers ranging from aged care providers and hotel groups through to government bodies, they play a critical role connecting national and group-level customers with independent member businesses who fulfil the work on the ground.

The Role
n
This is a varied, high-volume customer service and account support role sitting at the centre of the business - coordinating between customers, members, and the warehouse to ensure orders are actioned smoothly and efficiently.
n
You'll be the connective tissue in a busy, transactional environment: think inbound and outbound calls, order processing, liaising with member businesses to fulfil customer requirements, and supporting the invoicing process. No two days will look the same, and the back-and-forth nature of the role means you'll need to be quick on your feet and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.

Key responsibilities will include:
n

Managing inbound and outbound customer calls and orders
n
Acting as the liaison between customers and member businesses to fulfil transactions
n
Supporting the invoicing and back-end administrative process
n
Building strong working relationships with both customers and members
n
Assisting with account management for a portfolio of customers (think aged care groups, hotel chains, and government accounts)
n
Picking up ad hoc problem-solving where things don't go to plan
n

About You
n
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, transactional environment and doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves. You'll be a natural relationship-builder who can juggle competing priorities without losing your cool.

Ideally you'll bring:
n
n
Prior experience in customer service, account management, or order processing — distribution, B2B, or FMCG backgrounds highly regarded
n
A process-driven mindset — you like things to run smoothly and aren't afraid to bring structure where it's needed
n
Strong communication skills and the resilience to manage high call/order volumes
n
A team-first attitude — this is a close-knit crew who support each other
n

$75,000 - $80,000 + Super, depending on experience
n
Flexible working hours between 8:00am and 5:30pm
