We're now seeking a highly respectedTechnical Executive, Civil & Geo‐Environmental Engineeringto provide technical leadership, drive client outcomes and grow our presence acrosswater, dams, mining and waste infrastructure.
This is a senior technical leadership role for a trusted advisor who is recognised for their expertise, judgement and ability to partner with clients on complex, high‐risk assets.
The opportunity
You'll lead and influence some of Australia's most significantgeo‐environmental and dam-related projects, working with major water authorities, mining clients and asset owners.
Fromdam safety reviews and embankment designtolandfill caps, ash dam rehabilitation and geosynthetics systems, you'll guide projects from concept through to detailed design and delivery.
You'll also play a key role inclient relationship development, design governance and technical excellence, setting the benchmark for quality, safety and innovation.
What you'll be responsible for
Technical leadership acrossdam design, inspections and dam safety reviews
Delivery ofwater dam infrastructure projects
Leading complexembankment, tailings, ash dam and facility rehabilitationprojects
Providing expert input togeotechnical studies(piping, seepage, foundations, stability)
Design and oversight offloating covers, landfill cells and capping systems
Technical leadership ingeosynthetics(HDPE, LLDPE, PVC, GCL, geogrids, geotextiles)
Acting asDesign Manager / Design Authorityfor major multidisciplinary projects
Building trusted,



long‐termclient relationshipsand identifying future opportunities
Peer reviews, forensic assessments and technical governance
Mentoring senior engineers and contributing to industry leadership and thought leadership
About you
You are a senior, credible engineering leader with depth, breadth and influence.
You'll bring:
Tertiary qualificationsin Civil, Environmental or Geotechnical Engineering (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
Chartered Engineer (CPEng)and/orRegistered Professional Engineer of Victoria (RPEV)
Extensive experience acrosswater, dams, mining, waste management and site transition
Proven delivery of projects fromconcept through to detailed design
Strong capability acrosscivil, geotechnical and geosynthetics components
A passion forclient relationships, trusted‐advisor engagement and long‐term value
A reputation for technical excellence, sound judgement and collaborative leadership
