Job Description

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen on the Central Coast is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during peak periods, drive exceptional service, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

You will motivate staff on shift, oversee opening/closing tasks, and mentor crew to deliver fast, fresh Mexican flavours. Experience in busy environments and a willingness to complete required safety courses are highly valued. This is a full-time, in office role with flexible schedule and staff advantages.
