This is a rapid paced role due to the nature of crisis work and requires a high degree flexibility to manage the demands of the role. Responsibilities
Manage the demands of crisis work and adapt to changing priorities.
Provide administrative and clerical support within a busy office setting.

Qualifications

Understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
Experience working in a busy office setting.
Self‑motivated, organised and versatile in working style.
Ability to work as part of a team and take ownership of one's own workload.
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Capacity to prioritise tasks and deal sensitively with issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication, coupled with proven secretarial skills.
Previous secretarial experience is essential.
