Mitolo Family Farmsis a leading food production company seeking experiencedForklift Driversto join our quick-paced manufacturing operations inVirginia and Penfield.

Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a busy production environment
Load, unload, and move stock and materials, including loading trucks
Work confidently in tight spaces and fast-moving production areas shared with pedestrians
Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as required
Maintain a robust focus on workplace safety and hygiene standards at all times

What we are looking for
Valid forklift licence with demonstrated experience in safe operation
Proven forklift operating experience (electric or gas forklifts)
Experience working in a fast-paced environment (warehouse, manufacturing, or similar preferred)
Strong focus on safety in tight working spaces
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

This role is not suited to newly licensed operators without practical experience.
