Responsibilities
Conducting routine maintenance, repairs, and MOT preparation for various vehicles.
Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults.
Managing work allocation, prioritisation, and team schedules.
Attending on-site breakdowns to provide efficient fault diagnosis and rectification.
Logging jobs and managing parts requirements using handheld devices.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies across operations.
Acting as a professional ambassador in all interactions.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years' experience as an LCV Technician.
NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance, and Repair.
Proven experience with diagnostic repairs and fault finding.
A full, clean driving licence.
The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
A solid understanding of health and safety practices.
