• Ideal candidate should have a valuable CCM development background with stronginterpersonal/communicationskills.
• Sound knowledge specifically of SmartComm Suites of Products from a development and support perspective
• 8+ years SmartCOMM experience depending on role being fulfilled
• SmartComm code deployment process
• Hands on experience with template authoring, recognizing common graphical elements, information blocks, layouts, stylesets, variable data requirements and functional similarity
• Efficient with preparation of the XML data schemas and their mapping to business data objects
• Oracle, DB2
• Control-M job schedules
Good To Have:
• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Document composition background or interest
• Knowledge on Service Now, JIRA and Confluence, etc
