Job Description
General ManagerRequired to head Portfolio of four (4) family owned hotels.

The successful applicant must have a sound knowledge and proven experience in the hotel industry including F&B;, TAB, Keno, Gaming, Accommodation, HR/industrial relations and NSW Licensing. Have the ability to lead by example, encourage staff, introduce promotions and bring initiative and drive to improve trade performance.
