Requirements n

To be considered for this role, ideally we are looking for:
n
n
An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values of the organization
n
Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
n
Demonstrated aged care experience preferred
n
The ability to work as part of a team and promote
education/leadership
in aged care
n
Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
n
Experience in assessments and developing care plans
n
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
n
Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
n




Create and update care plans to reflect the developing needs of residents
n
An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
n
Demonstrated well-developed computer and documentation skills
n
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
n
Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
n
