The Company
Our client is a growing global leader in climate control systems for the energy sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step away from a traditional field service role and into a workshop-based environment, while still working on interesting and specialised equipment.
The Role:
Assemble, test, and commission refrigeration and HVAC systems to ensure they meet operational and performance requirements.
Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams for accurate installation and assembly.
Diagnose faults, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform quality inspections to maintain high workmanship standards.
Maintain a safe, clean,
and organised workshop workplace while contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
To be successful, you will have:
Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
Experience working on refrigeration or HVAC systems
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Solid attention to detail and a positive attitude
Hours and pay rate:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm. Starting time can be a little adaptable.
Pay rate: Up to $55 per hour depending on skill & exp + super + overtime
