Are you an experienced Residential Site Supervisor who knows how to keep multiple builds moving, manage trades and maintain high construction standards?

Our client, is looking for a Site Supervisor to join their team and take responsibility for 15–20 residential builds across West Sydney and South West Sydney.

This is a rapid-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, confident managing multiple sites and enjoys working in a high-volume residential environment.

What you'll be doing
Oversee 15–20 residential builds simultaneously
Manage day-to-day site operations from start through to completion
Coordinate trades, suppliers, clients and internal teams
Monitor construction progress, quality and workmanship
Ensure sites meet safety, compliance and building requirements
Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving
Manage multiple construction systems and keep documentation up to date
Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the build
Ensure projects are delivered to the company's quality and compliance standards

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is comfortable managing a high-volume residential workload.
You'll ideally have:




Proven experience as a Residential Site Supervisor / Building Supervisor
Experience managing multiple residential builds at the same time
Strong knowledge of residential construction processes
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
A solid understanding of building compliance, safety and quality requirements
Good computer skills and confidence using construction/site management systems
Robust communication skills with trades, clients and internal teams
The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

Qualifications
Certificate IV in Building & Construction preferred
Extensive residential construction experience
Strong understanding of relevant building codes, regulations and safety requirements
